What is PIET?

PIET (Panthi Institute of Educators Transformation) is a professional training programme designed to transform aspiring teachers into confident, skilled, and globally competent educators. It is a 6-month structured training powered by PMPS — a unique pedagogy system developed through over a decade of research by our founder, Dr. V.P. Suresh.

What makes PIET different from B.Ed or other teacher training programs?

B.Ed is academic. PIET is skill-based and practical transformation-focused. Most programs reveal the core of teaching only at the end. PIET introduces it from day one — training you in real classroom execution, communication, and student handling throughout. You also get 100% placement assurance, earning opportunities at PA Points, and readiness to run your own nursery school.

What will I learn in PIET?

You will be trained in Deep Student Psychology, Powerful Communication Skills, Debate & Discussion Techniques, Advanced Classroom Management, Globally Competitive Teaching Methods, Student Transformation Strategies, Inclusive Education Practices, and Learning How to Learn — all through the PMPS framework with hands-on practice from the very first session.

Will I get a certificate? Is it recognised?

Yes. PIET is a BSS-authorised teacher training programme (TN/9254), offered by a Startup India & MSME registered institution with GST compliance. The certificate is nationally valid for skill-based teaching careers and is accepted by private and management-run schools. The primary focus is skill development and transformation, not just certification.

Is this programme theoretical or practical?

Highly practical with real teaching transformation. PIET introduces core practical foundations from the beginning — not at the end like conventional programs. Students are continuously trained, guided, and given hands-on teaching practice throughout all 6 months.

What is the course fee?

The course fee is ₹1,00,000 — an investment in your long-term teaching career and personal growth. Discount and instalment options are available based on request and are considered by our administration.

Can I do this along with a job or studies?

Yes. PIET is designed to accommodate working individuals and students. Multiple flexible batches are available daily — including early morning, afternoon, evening, and night slots. Saturday classroom sessions are compulsory for all students. A full campus batch (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) is also available.

What are the class timings?

PIET Hybrid Schedule — Daily 2-hour Direct/Online classes:

5:00–7:00 AM — Early Bird Batch (Working Women)
10:00 AM–12:00 PM — Housewives & Evening College Students
2:00–4:00 PM — School Collective Batch (Working Teachers)
4:00–6:00 PM — Working Women, Teachers & Day College Students
6:00–8:00 PM & 8:00–10:00 PM — Open Batch for Everyone

Will I get a job after completing PIET?

The programme makes you fully job-ready with 100% placement assistance. You can start teaching immediately after completion. Placement and salary depend on individual performance and effort. You will also gain entrepreneurial readiness to run your own nursery school or learning centre, and additional income through PA Point classes.

What is the First-Bench Mindset (FBM)?

FBM is a learning approach that trains educators to create highly engaged and active learners. It teaches students to sit in the front — not physically, but mentally — building ownership of learning, self-discipline, and confidence. As a PIET graduate, you will be able to develop this mindset in every student you teach, and even in your own child.
